Thixotropic amide waxes
A range of fine free flowing wax additives intended for use as a rheological additive in mastics, adhesives and in particular those based upon cross-linkable polyether-silanes. The additive increases the yield value of compositions preventing sedimentation of filler constituents in storage. In addition, it imparts both pseudoplastic flow behavior and thixotropy such that the viscosity at high shear rates is lower thereby helping with the flow properties of the composition during application.
Synthetic and natural waxes
Synthetic and natural waxes in adhesives improve tack control, flexibility, and thermal stability, ensuring optimal adhesion and durability. They enhance water resistance, anti-blocking, and set time while regulating viscosity. These waxes also provide better mechanical strength, ease of application, and overall performance across diverse industrial, packaging, and commercial applications.
Atactic polypropylene – APP
Atactic polypropylene (APP) in adhesives enhances flexibility, tack, and thermal stability, improving adhesion to various substrates. It increases resistance to moisture, chemicals, and aging while optimizing viscosity and processing. APP also enhances mechanical strength, reducing brittleness and improving durability, making it ideal for hot-melt, pressure-sensitive, and construction adhesives.
Copolymer dispersions
Our dispersions used in waterborne adhesive formulations enhance adhesion, flexibility, and chemical resistance, ensuring strong bonds on diverse substrates. They improve water resistance, heat sealability, and durability while offering excellent film formation. Their eco-friendly, solvent-free nature makes them ideal for sustainable, high-performance adhesives in packaging, laminates, and industrial applications.
Isocyanates
Isocyanates are indispensable both as raw materials and as adhesion promoters in a variety of applications ranging from PUR to laminating adhesives. Eurikas offers XDI (xylene di-isocyanate) and PDI (pentane di-isocyanate) and derivatives for the adhesives and sealants industry.
